1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Zonic Templates are digital items, including Elementor templates and website assets. Once a template has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned.

For this reason, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only provided in cases where a duplicate payment has been made for the same product. If you accidentally purchase the same template more than once or are charged multiple times for a single order, you may request a refund for the additional transaction.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and provide your order details and payment confirmation so our team can verify the duplicate payment.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You purchased the wrong template
  • You lack the technical knowledge to use the product
  • The template does not meet your personal design preferences
  • Compatibility issues with third-party plugins not listed in the template requirements

We encourage customers to review template demos and documentation before making a purchase.

 

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same template more than once, please contact us and we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
